TrackAm test terms
Your customers' details and your riders' names and locations stay yours. TrackAm processes them only to run your deliveries and alerts.
TrackAm sees totals only: rider counts, delivery counts and messages sent. These totals are the record for billing.
You confirm your customers know they will get delivery updates by SMS or WhatsApp.
TrackAm owns the platform. You may not resell it or give access to other companies.
During the test TrackAm may pause access. If your account ends, you have 7 days to export your data, then it is deleted.
