Terms of service
Terms for using TrackAm
Last updated 3 November 2026.
1. The service
TrackAm is run by Apex Code Studio, Business Name Registration No. 9974906, 4, Francis Oremeji, Ikeja, Lagos State, Nigeria. It sends delivery alerts and one-time delivery codes to customers, and gives delivery companies a dashboard and riders an app. By using TrackAm you agree to these terms.
2. The pilot
TrackAm is in a pilot with Lagos dispatch businesses. Features may change while we learn from it, and we will tell companies in advance about any change that affects how they work.
3. Accounts
- Keep your sign in details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Company admins decide who in their company has access, and remove people who leave.
- Riders must use their own account and their own phone.
4. What delivery companies agree to
- Add only real deliveries, with the customer’s correct name, number and address.
- Have the right to give us your customers’ details for their delivery, and tell them you use TrackAm.
- Use TrackAm only for delivery messages, never for marketing or unrelated texts.
- Tell your riders that their location is shared while they are on duty.
For company deliveries, we process customer data on your behalf as described in our privacy notice.
5. Fees
During the pilot, any fees are agreed in writing with each company before it starts. We will give at least 14 days’ notice before any change to an agreed fee.
6. Text messages and arrival times
Texts are sent through mobile networks we do not control, so a message can be late or fail. Arrival times are estimates based on the rider’s location and Lagos traffic. The message log shows whether each text reached the phone.
7. Delivery codes
A delivery code shows the parcel reached the person holding the code. If a rider completes a delivery without the code, the dashboard marks it so the company can follow up. Responsibility for the parcel stays between the company, its rider and its customer.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use TrackAm to track anyone outside a delivery, to send unlawful or misleading messages, or to try to reach another company’s data. We may suspend an account that does.
9. Availability
We work to keep TrackAm running at all times, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We will tell companies about planned maintenance in advance where we can.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Apex Code Studio is not liable for indirect losses, such as lost sales, caused by a late text, a wrong estimate or an interruption. Our total liability to a company is limited to the fees it paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
11. Ending the service
A company can stop using TrackAm at any time by telling us. We can end access with 14 days’ notice, or at once for a serious breach of these terms. When an account closes, its data is removed as set out in the privacy notice.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State.
